Metro Leasing Service (MLS) rental inventory is manually maintained and filed by local neighborhoods and is gathered by manually searching area newspaper and magazine ads offering vacancies on a regular basis.
We do not access or use the REALTOR® Multiple Listing Service computer system in any way, which by the way is not too useful for rentals and is primarily used by REALTORS® for buying and selling homes. Instead we offer personal non-computer based leasing/renting services.

MLS.INFO runs a unique leasing service, now handling limited numbers of vacation rentals, in select State of Arizona areas outside of the Mesa AZ & Metro Phoenix area, including vacation/summer home rentals in Munds Park and the Flagstaff area (both 'cool' elevations at 7,000 feet elevation). If you are looking for vacation home rentals in other states we suggest you pay a visit to home vacation rental for your vacation rentals.
Ideally suited for Phoenix/Scottsdale residents who want short-term leases to escape the Valley's long and hot summer heat and get away to Arizona's High Country in Coconino County. On average, the High Country is an amazing 20 to 30 degrees cooler than Phoenix, even though it's only a short 1-1/2-hr drive north on I-17.
"MLS" uses a flat-fee 2-tier pricing schedule for our service. The Retainer Fee we ask you to pre-pay is based on a typical 1-year lease. "MLS" is compensated with a small flat-fee-listing cost of $45 on anticipated leases of less than $1,000-month or $75 for planned leasing of a residence involving monthly rentals of $1,000-month or greater.

For example, if you lease an apartment for 1-year (or less) at say $800-month our pre-paid Retainer Fee will be $45, which in that case works out to less than 2-days rent. Another example is leasing a house at say $1,400-month, in which case we are owed a prepaid brokerage retainer fee of $75.
Please Note: In the unlikely event we are unable to find a suitable home for you ourselves there are no refunds of our prepaid retainer fee. However, we normally will refer you to an expert leasing consultant we work with for additional resources and assistance. Once our outside consultant lets you a residence there is an additional servicing fee (in addition to our non-refundable retainer fee) equal to one-months rent due the outside consultant. However, not to worry as that cost is usually fully paid by the property owner, not yourself!
We realize you may be short on cash as a result of your costly moving expenses so to help you out "MLS" accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover credit cards for paying our leasing brokerage fee.
